Artesanico Customer Service is accessible from the CONTACT section of the website or write to us at info@artesanico.com.

For the purchase of products on sale on the website and depending on stock availability, delivery can be made to the desired address (see list of countries) within a maximum of 30 days after processing the order. If this period is exceeded and if the fault lies with Artesanico, you have the possibility of cancelling your order and requesting a refund of the sums paid corresponding to the purchase, within 15 days.

The shipping costs are fixed according to the weight, the size of the parcel and the destination country. From 150€ of purchase the expenses of delivery for metropolitan France are offered. As soon as the order is taken in charge by the carrier, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you with the delivery information and the parcel number. Artesanico cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by carriers. Also, if the address notified at the time of the order is incorrect, the extension of the delivery time or the non-delivery of the package cannot be attributed to Artesanico.

Our pre-order system as stated in the product description will have its own delivery time, which will be notified when the pre-order is purchased. The pre-order will have to be paid, to be taken into account. Please note that our import delays may fluctuate depending on the exporting country and may in case of force majeure extend our supply delays.
