You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the site under the supervision of an adult or guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, ARTESANICO.COM hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access the website to display it on your own internet browser for the purpose of making personal purchases of items displayed on this site. Any violation of this Agreement will result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without prior notice.

ARTESANICO.COMmay assign you a password and an account with identification to allow you to access and use certain parts of the site. Each time you use a password or ID, you will be deemed authorized to access and use the Site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. ARTESANICO.COM has no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of use or access to the Site.
You shall be solely responsible for all times you log on to and use of this site by any person using the password or ID originally assigned to you, regardless of whether or not the log on or use of the site was authorized by you, including, without limitation, all communications, transmissions and (financial) obligations incurred. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You must immediately notify ARTESANICO.COM of any violation or attempted violation of the security of this site. After registering, you will receive our Newsletter with information on sales, coupons and special promotions. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email in the Newsletter or through the settings in your personal subscription once you are logged in. Subscription to the Newsletter is automatic for registered users.
User account
For security reasons, each customer can create only one registered account by default. For customers attempting to create multiple accounts, ARTESANICO reserves the right to suspend the account without notice.
According to Customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data. The name, address and name of the payer of the recipient must be valid. Some countries require the recipient to present their Identification Number or passports to clarify packages or verify payments. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to us. If any information is incorrect and any shipping, delivery or customs clearance is blocked, we will not be responsible and will not provide any compensation in such cases.
ARTESANICO will always comply with the law, and we kindly remind users to do the same. As importing customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in their own countries. Please see our privacy policy for more information.
Reviews and Comments
Except as provided in any part of this agreement or on the Site, anything submitted or posted on the Site and/or provided to ARTESANICO.COM, including (without limitation), ideas, knowledge, techniques, questions, reviews, comments and suggestions (collectively, "Content") are and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and by submitting or posting content you grant irrevocable permission to enter and all rights related thereto (excluding moral rights such as copyright) to ARTESANICO.COM free of charge, so it shall have the worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, rent, transmit, adapt, create derivative works by any means and in any form to translate, modify, disassemble or decompile such content. All content will automatically become the sole and exclusive property of ARTESANICO.COM and will not be subject to refunds, as you agree not to enter into disputes over any use of ARTESANICO.COM in the future.
You agree that its contents, in whole or in part, are free from intellectual property infringements, disputes or claims of third parties. ARTESANICO.COM is not responsible for the misuse of any copyright or third party rights by you. You are obligated to indemnify the Sponsor against any loss caused by the use of the Content for any purpose whatsoever.
In addition to the rights applicable to any content, when you post comments or reviews on the site, you also authorize ARTESANICO.COM to use the name registered in any review, comment or other content. You agree and warrant that you own or exercise control over all rights to all opinions, comments and other content published on the site and the use of reviews, comments or other content by ARTESANICO.COM does not infringe or violate the rights of third parties. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or mislead ARTESANICO.COM or any third party as to the origin of the publications or content. ARTESANICO.COM may, but is not obligated to, remove or edit any content (including comments or reviews) for any reason.
Copyrights
All text, graphics, photographs or other images such as icons, audio clips, logos, slogans, trade names or text softwares together with all content of ARTESANICO.COM (collectively, "Content"), belongs exclusively to ARTESANICO.COM or its respective content providers. You may not use, reproduce, copy, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, rent, perform in public, distribute or commercially exploit any of the contents or dispose of content in a manner not permitted by ARTESANICO.COM, without your prior written consent. The use of data mining, robots or similar data collection tools on ARTESANICO.COM, as well as the use of trademarks or service marks of ARTESANICO.COM on meta-tags is strictly prohibited. Intellectual Property (IP) Infringement Policies

Required Information.

4. Information reasonable enough to allow us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number and e-mail address;
5. A statement by you in good faith that use of the disputed material was not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. Identification of the Intellectual Property rights to compare the infringing material on the website (e.g. "XYZ copyright", "ABC trademark, Reg. No. 123456, Registered on 1/1/04", etc.);
7. A statement by you that all of the above information is accurate and subject to penalty of perjury, indicating that you are the owner of the intellectual property or the authorized person on behalf of the owner whose right is allegedly infringed.
Termination and Effect of Termination
In addition to any other legal or similar remedy, ARTESANICO.COM may, without prior notice, terminate this agreement immediately and revoke in whole or in part any rights acquired under this agreement. In the event of termination of this Agreement, you shall cease to access and use the Site and ARTESANICO.COM, making use of other legal or similar remedies, shall revoke all passwords and account IDs issued and shall deny you access and use of the Site in whole or in part. Termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including, without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties involved prior to the termination date.
Shipping
ARTESANICO can send packages from different stores. For orders with more than one item, we divide your order into several packages according to our inventory level at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
Legal Notice and Limitation of Liability
Except as provided in the standard terms of sale governing each product on the site at the same level, the site, the products offered for sale and the transactions carried out within it, are provided by ARTESANICO.COMon an "as is" basis. ARTESANICO.COMmakes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site, except as permitted by law, ARTESANICO.COMdisclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, enjoyment, accuracy of data and system integration.This site may include inaccuracies, errors or typographical errors. Acceptance and/or Cancellation of Order
Please note that there may be certain orders that we cannot accept and must cancel. ARTESANICO.COMreserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limits on the quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in the product or pricing information and problems detected by our Credit and Fraud Prevention Department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting an order. We will contact you if your order is partially or totally cancelled or if we need additional information to process your order.
Both parties agree that after shipment of the order, transportation is the sole responsibility of the logistics company involved. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the purchaser; all liabilities and risks associated with transportation shall be borne by the purchaser.
Order Cancellation
Buyer may cancel order at any time prior to shipment; please contact our Support Center. However, once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Shipping Policy, Warranty and Return Policy will be in effect.
Shipping
In accordance with customs regulations, ARTESANICO cannot declare items purchased as gifts or declare an amount less than the current value of the product.
Typographical Errors
At ARTESANICO we strive to provide accurate information on products and prices. However, typographical or pricing errors may occur. You cannot confirm the price of the item until it has been ordered. In the event that an item appears at an incorrect price, or the information is not accurate due to an error, ARTESANICO.COMhas the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item. In the event that the item has a price error, ARTESANICO.COM, in its sole discretion, may contact you or cancel your order and notify you of the reason for the cancellation.
Prices in Different Currencies
The price of the products sold on ARTESANICO.COMis based on figures calculated in euros. Prices shown in other currencies are converted taking into account the European currency according to the most recent exchange rate. Due to currency fluctuations, prices displayed in other currencies may be incorrect including, but not limited to, promotional banners, promotional pages and product information in the category section of the site. The price shown on the individual product page, regardless of currency, is the current price for which the ARTESANICO.COMproduct must be paid, excluding shipping.

Legal Notice
You agree that ARTESANICO.COM's remedy in accordance with the law in the event of actual or threatened breach will be inadequate and ARTESANICO will be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that ARTESANICO.COMis legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses in any dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and expenses.
No right or remedy of ARTESANICO.COMshall be exclusive of other right or equivalence, including, without limitation, damages for injunctive relief and attorneys' fees and expenses.
No waiver by ARTESANICO.COMof its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant a similar, or future, waiver or other exemption.
Customer Service Code of Conduct
At ARTESANICO we pride ourselves on providing best-in-class Customer Service and will do our best to solve our customers' problems to the satisfaction of our customers, however, we will not tolerate any unreasonable or unacceptable behavior towards our Customer Service Team members.
Unacceptable behavior directed toward our CRAFTS staff may, for example, include any of the following:
Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behavior. Examples include: any direct or implied form of threat by a channel of communication, intimidating language, verbal or personal abuse, sexist, racist, homophobic or derogatory comments, discourtesies, exaggerated statements, profanity, and unfounded accusations.
Persistently making habitual demands or vexatious complaints, despite the fact that the issue has been discussed, similarly, the repetition of persistent complaints despite having presented fair and reasonable solutions in accordance with our policies.
Asking, expecting or requiring staff to break company policies, e.g., amount of reimbursement, time period, special compensation, etc. Also, to seek an unrealistic result beyond our scope of procedures and policies. By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the amount of the original order paid to ARTESANICO.COM.
Change the nature (or focus) of the complaint repeatedly to obtain the desired or partial result after a formal response has been received.
Excessive number of complaints compared to the total value of the total purchase history.
For this type of behavior, complainants can be guided and formally notified of the following list:
Their language is considered offensive, abusive, threatening and completely unacceptable.
They should refrain from using this kind of language, intimidation and threats.
There will be no more exchange in communication if this type of behavior persists.
ARTESANICO reserves the right not to accept any further orders from such customers in the future and without prior notice.
