Artesanico offers a refund and return policy respecting the right of withdrawal in case of dissatisfaction, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, as well as a Customer Service that can be reached from the site or at info@artesanico.com.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, we are here to assist you. A period of 14 days after the delivery date is allowed for you to contact the Customer Service Department by sending your request by e-mail to info@artesanico.com.

Your request will be processed within 3 days of receiving your email. A confirmation email will be sent to you so that you can proceed with the return of your product with the confirmation sent by email from Artesanico's After Sales Service.

To make your request and obtain an exchange or refund from the payment method used during your purchase, it is imperative to respect the following instructions:

  • The products must be in their original packaging as well as the labels and accessories attached to the products.
  • Any damaged, defaced, used, soiled product or products that have not been purchased directly from Artesanico will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • The return costs remain at the customer's charge.
